Each step is designed to fit into your day, whether you’re trading it for a tea break, a quick walk, or a chill session with friends. Fill Out the Online Form

In this first step, you are required to fill out a fairly objective online form sharing some essential details, such as your educational background, experience, salary details, and expectations. You can take up to 10-15 minutes for this, as it’s your chance to let us know who you are and what you bring to the table. This will save us a lot of time in the hiring process moving forward, so we ask that you make it count!
CV Screening & Shortlisting

Just about the duration of a mini vacation
Our team carefully reviews your CV to see if your skills match what we’re looking for. If there’s a spark, we’ll reach out to move things forward. If it turns out that it’s not the right fit this time, we’ll still let you know. Don’t worry we’ll keep you informed every step of the way.

Think of this as a deeper dive into your profile. We’re here to explore more about your experiences, goals, and how you’d fit with the OneBanc team. If all criteria are met, we’ll ask you a logical puzzle and a guesstimate. We’ll also be happy to answer any questions you have about OneBanc.
Technical Evaluation

Depending on the role, there may be a technical round. This will assess specific skills required for the position. Don’t worry, we’ll inform you in advance if this applies to you.
Aptitude Assessment
Lasts 15 mins
Isn’t that the time you need to scroll through your Insta feed?
This test helps us assess some essential skills. The aptitude test is brief and covers basic problem-solving skills to see how you approach challenges in a short time. There are 50 questions on logical and analytical ability that you are required to answer in 15 minutes.
Pre-Hiring Evaluation & Offer Discussion

You’ll spend the duration of your Pre-Hiring Evaluation (PHE), meeting the team and experiencing our work culture firsthand. We would ask you to set aside two days to ensure there’s enough time for any assignments and conversations to be completed. We would like you to be fully prepared and relaxed while you immerse yourself and connect with the team.
